Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Radiant Auto Detail Reservation and Deposit: By booking an appointment with our mobile auto detailing company ("Radiant Auto Detail"), you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy. In order to secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide notice to the Company at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Notice can be given by contacting our customer service team through the provided channels. Failure to Provide Notice: If you fail to provide the required 72-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment and provide the required 72-hour notice, the deposit can be transferred to the new appointment date and time, subject to availability. However, if you fail to provide the necessary notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure any future appointments. No-Show Policy: If you fail to respond or contact us when we attempt to reach you to proceed with the scheduled appointment, within the hour, without any prior notice, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, and you will be held responsible for the half the cost of the service. Cancellation by the Company: In rare circumstances, the Company may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible, and your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to the new appointment, based on your preference. Refunds: The non-refundable deposit is not eligible for a refund, regardless of the circumstances surrounding the cancellation or rescheduling. The deposit serves as a commitment fee to secure your appointment and compensate for any potential loss of business resulting from late cancellations or no-shows. Modifications to the Cancellation Policy: The Company reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website or other communication channels. By booking an appointment with our mobile auto detailing company, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.
